All travel agents use a system on their computer where they can all look on the same cancelled reservations. Get a quote from one and tell them your going elsewhere for another quote and I'm sure they'll knock a little off the price for you, if not throw in some extras. Be sure to ask for named accommodation, you get to check out the hotel in any brochure then.
